The Manor is Hiring a Personal Care Attendant (PCA) Near Morrisville, VT
Duties:
- Provide personal assistance and support to individuals in need, including medication administration, behavior management, and assistance with daily activities.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records of services provided.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and guidelines, including HIPAA and resident rights.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care for individuals.
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role or relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and procedures.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques and strategies.
- First aid certification is a plus.
